Returns & Refunds

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Returns: We offer a [2/5]-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or via Bank Transfer within 5–7 working days.
